Crafttage™ applies a structured merchandise review framework for returns.

Return Request Period:
Requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

Condition Standards:
Returned products must be:

• Unused

• Unassembled (if applicable)

• In original packaging with protective materials

Non-Eligible Items:

• Customized products

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

• Items showing signs of installation or wear

Authorization Requirement:
Returns must receive prior written approval. Unapproved returns may be declined upon arrival.

Shipping Responsibility:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Inspection Procedure:
All returned items undergo inspection before refund approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe after inspection completion.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
